Compare UAE property listings by place and price
A listing is easier to assess alongside comparable locations and property types. This research project organised PropertyFinder data and added geography for interactive analysis.

Make listing fields comparable
The source project collected property, agent, company and amenity information from PropertyFinder.ae. A flat extract made it difficult to separate a property from its associated people and organisations.
Mehrab cleaned the data with Python and organised the entities into related tables with identifiers before building the analysis.
Put the comparison back on the map
Street addresses were geocoded so Tableau views could compare geography alongside property type, price, area and listing attributes.
The result is an organised comparison process. An advertised asking price is not a completed transaction price or a verified investment return.

What this work establishes
A cleaned relational dataset and interactive views support comparisons by property type, price, area, amenities and location.
This is a historical listing dataset and research demonstration. Availability and asking prices change. It is not a valuation or investment recommendation.
